At 61 years old, Werner thought that he’d have to live the rest of his life being out of shape. He then met a training coach named Farid Berlin, who convinced him that that simply wasn’t the case. And so began Werner’s 90-day transformation, consisting of lifestyle changes, dietary overhaul, and a diligent training regimen.
